Our approach for this pitch was to keep things super simple, so we started with the Conecpt Statement “Do More Than Promote Product; Provide Value Beyond Price”. To do this, we would promote deeper website interaction with a more rewarding experience. Start by making flooring samples freely available in exchange for preference and site usage data. Then encourage the creation of personalized and social-ready Lookbook pages, a product comparison tool, cost of ownership calculator, and Pergo Concierge services.
